You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting rt666 customer support. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your nominated bank account or e-wallet. Accounts with an active bonus balance at the time of closure request will have the bonus balance forfeited. Closure requests are processed within 3 business days.
rt666 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests above a threshold amount, and may request verification at any stage of the Account lifecycle. KYC verification is a mandatory compliance requirement and cannot be waived.
